Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) Katra, is organizing its Annual Youth Festival—RESURGENCE 2014 from 11th-13th April 2014 in which Inter-University events are scheduled on 13th April 2014. The Festival aims at providing the students a platform where they can explore and express themselves in a healthy competitive environment.
